Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship to all the pin codes serviced by major delivery partners within India.
  • All orders are shipped from Chandigarh.
  • We do not ship internationally.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’ve got you covered with an easy return, exchange, and refund process.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers are required to record a video while unboxing or opening their package.
  • This video will serve as proof and must be submitted when initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is broken.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Raise a support ticket here with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. For exchanges, specify the product or size you’d like in return.

Return & Refund Charges

  • A return fee of Rs 65 will be charged for all returns.
  • For refunds, Rs 65 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only after deducting the return fee within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

    • Raise a ticket here within 48 hours of delivery.
    • After 48 hours, no such claims will be entertained.
    • No reverse pick-up charges will be levied for returns due to damaged or missing products.
